Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors into the office.
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include processing payments, claim submissions, providing billing clarification, notifying customers of unpaid premiums, and call transfers.
- Support licensed agent team members by gathering factual information on prospects.
- Fulfilling miscellaneous clerical duties.
