Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors into the office.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing calls as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include processing payments, claim submissions, providing billing clarification, notifying customers of unpaid premiums, and call transfers.
  • Support licensed agent team members by gathering factual information on prospects.
  • Fulfilling miscellaneous clerical duties.
